# Connect a reporting source

> Use integration status, account selection, mapping, and coverage to check imported data.

The **Integrations** page brings supported analytics and CRM sources into a read-only view. Connect the right source account, then verify what data AutoAdy actually imported.

## Check availability first

| Source | Current setup behavior |
| - | - |
| **Google Analytics 4** | Use a Google login that can read the intended GA4 property; check the property after sign-in. |
| **Pipedrive** | Connect with a Pipedrive API token when your workspace permits credential management. |
| **Close** and **HubSpot** | New connections are marked **Coming soon**. Existing connections can still have a **Manage** entry. |
| **Shopify** in Settings | Connection setup is marked **Coming soon**. |

Advertising logins are separate: [Meta](/connections/meta), [Google Ads](/connections/google-ads), and the TikTok or Microsoft Ads panels in **Settings → Connections**. TikTok and Microsoft reporting are read-only; availability depends on configured provider access. Microsoft reporting can remain unavailable after connecting. Follow the status shown in its settings panel or contact support.

## Connect Pipedrive

Have the Pipedrive account's API token ready and make sure its identity can read the intended CRM data. In **Integrations**, choose **Connect** on Pipedrive. If the **API token** dialog opens, paste the token and choose **Verify and connect**. AutoAdy verifies readable access before saving it; the saved secret is not shown again.

Open **Manage**, check **Selected account**, and use **Sync now** when enabled. Review imported records and field mappings before using the data to interpret lead or deal outcomes. A connected token does not establish complete campaign attribution.

## Connect Google Analytics 4

Use a Google identity that can read your GA4 property. Choose **Connect** on Google Analytics 4, finish Google sign-in, then open **Manage** and select the intended property under **Selected account**. If needed, use **Refresh account list**. Check the property ID, timezone, currency, imported reporting period, and coverage after **Sync now**.

GA4 provides aggregate analytics reports rather than individual CRM records. Sampling, thresholding, and other coverage limitations can affect a returned report; inspect the warning before treating its totals as complete.

## Verify the source

1. Open [Integrations](https://www.autoady.io/integrations). Check whether the source says **Ready to connect**, **Setup unavailable**, or **Coming soon**.
2. Choose **Connect** when enabled. Complete its sign-in or credential flow. For a credential flow, review the source permissions and choose **Verify and connect**.
3. Open **Manage**. Select the intended source account or property if the connection needs one.
4. Review available mapping controls. Match actual source fields and currencies rather than guessing what an amount or stage means.
5. Inspect the connection status and imported data after syncing. Check the selected source account, last successful sync, and coverage.

## Read status as evidence

**Importing** means the source has not completed its import. **Needs attention** calls for the displayed recovery action. **Partial coverage** means some expected data is missing. A **Connected** badge verifies a connection state; it does not establish complete attribution or a verified business outcome.

If records appear missing, confirm the account, period, mapping, and coverage before reconnecting. Resolve access errors with **Reconnect** when offered. Ask the workspace owner for connection access if your controls are read-only.
