# Request account deletion

> Send an account-deletion request to support and distinguish it from cancellation or removing access.

To request deletion of your AutoAdy account, use the public [Data deletion page](https://www.autoady.io/data-deletion). This sends a request to support; it is not an automatic delete button.

## Send the request

1. Open the [Data deletion page](https://www.autoady.io/data-deletion) and find **Option 3: Full Account Deletion**.
2. Choose **Request Account Deletion**. Your email app opens a message to **[contact@autoady.io](mailto:contact@autoady.io)** with the subject **AutoAdy Account Deletion Request**.
3. Include the email address associated with your AutoAdy account and describe the account you want deleted. Send the email.

If the button does not open your email app, [open the email request](mailto:contact@autoady.io?subject=AutoAdy%20Account%20Deletion%20Request) or compose the same message manually. Keep your sent message so you can follow up with support. Do not include a password, API key, provider token, or card details.

Sending the email starts the request. Support needs to confirm the next steps; the account is not deleted merely because the email was sent.

## Choose the right task

* To stop AutoAdy renewal, [cancel your subscription](/billing/subscriptions#cancel-and-verify). An account-deletion request does not itself confirm cancellation.
* To end a teammate’s access, [remove the member](/workspace/team#update-or-remove-access). That does not delete their personal account.
* To change which Meta accounts AutoAdy can use, [manage your Meta connection](/connections/meta). Disconnecting a provider is different from deleting your AutoAdy account.

For an export or another account-management request, [contact support](/help/contact) to ask which options are available.
