# Set branding for client reports

> Save a workspace identity and verify which reports inherit it.

Open **Settings → Branding** to set the identity used by client reports when branding is enabled for your workspace. If the fields are locked, review the actual workspace plan in **Billing**; a plan label alone is not proof that editing is enabled.

## Save a report identity

1. Enter **Agency name** and **Brand colour**.
2. Under **Logo**, choose **Upload a logo** or paste an HTTPS image link. Uploads accept PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 2 MB.
3. Inspect **Preview** and the scope text showing how many reports take the workspace brand and how many keep their own.
4. Save, then open a real [client report](/workspace/reports) to verify the name, mark, and colour in the shared view.

This is a workspace setting. It applies to existing client reports without their own branding and is inherited by new report configurations. Reports with their own branding keep that override; saving here does not erase it.

A report URL still includes its secret viewing token, even when it has a branded address. Anyone with that complete link can view the report without signing in. Share only the reviewed report link, and avoid exposing it in a public page.

If a report retains an older logo, check whether it has its own branding before repeatedly saving the workspace brand. If the image fails, confirm its format, size, HTTPS accessibility, and saved value. Send the report reference and error to [support](/help/contact) without posting the viewing token publicly.
