Brand context helps the Agent and creative tools work from your actual business. Keep it specific, current, and scoped to the selected account.

Prepare reliable context

Gather the product description, audience, brand voice, destination URLs, and current offers you are authorized to use. Distinguish established facts from ideas you still need to test. If a price, promotion, or policy changes, update it before asking for new creative.

Save and check

  1. Confirm the intended Meta account, then open Settings → Brand.
  2. Review the existing brand context before adding another version. Describe the real product, audience, and voice in concrete terms.
  3. Include offer qualifications and boundaries where relevant: validity dates, eligible products, and claims that must not be made.
  4. Save the supported fields and verify that your context remains after refreshing the panel.
  5. Open Studio or Agent and prepare a small draft. Check that the result uses the intended context and still meets the facts you supplied.
For Studio-specific visual material, open Studio → Brand. Review the references and generated interpretation there; the visual interpretation still needs your inspection.

Example guidance

Our audience is independent fitness coaches. Use short, practical wording and an encouraging tone. The offer is a free introductory call, not a free training program. Do not invent customer results or professional endorsements.
Useful guidance explains what the reader needs and what the offer actually includes. A long list of adjectives gives the tool less to verify.

If a draft uses the wrong context

Check the selected account first. Then review stored context, the prompt, and any reference asset for conflicting information. Revise outdated offer details and generate a small new draft before a larger batch. Reusable Skills in Settings can add workspace instructions, but they do not change provider permissions, plan limits, or supported operations. Saving brand material does not itself update live ads. Use the campaign workflow and review its changes separately.
