Autopilot controls eligible ad changes for the selected Meta account. Approval is the default: proposed changes wait in the Action Inbox until you approve them.

Choose the mode

Open Autopilot and check the account before changing its mode. If Auto is disabled, read the reason on the control. A disabled option cannot be enabled by increasing a cap or connecting another account.

Set and verify caps

  1. Select the intended mode and wait for its saved state.
  2. Set Actions per day, a whole number from 0 to 50. Setting 0 holds every automatic action.
  3. Set Spend impact per day in the account currency, then save the caps.
  4. Check the saved values and today’s usage. These daily counters reset at UTC midnight.
Spend impact per day limits the budget Autopilot may move through this automatic lane. It is not a ceiling on all money the ad account can spend. These caps do not cover every manual change, external-agent action, or separate automation workflow.

Inspect actions and Undo

Read the ledger to see what actually executed, its evidence, result, and available Undo. In Approval, an empty automatic ledger can be expected because findings waited for your approval. Use Undo only when the ledger offers it. Its availability is limited by the action, time window, permissions, and current provider state. If disabled, read its reason. After undoing, verify the restored configuration in the provider.
Undoing a budget change can restore its amount. It cannot recover spend that already occurred.

If an action is held or fails

Inspect the mode, limits, permissions, credit state, and error. Do not assume an absent ledger entry means a finding was ignored: it may be awaiting approval or blocked by a safeguard. Check an unknown result before making a second request. For recurring checks and report delivery, use Scheduled tasks.
