Credits pay for supported work on subscription-plus-credit plans. Check the quote before starting a job and its outcome afterward; the available balance alone does not tell the whole story.

Read your wallet

Open Settings → Billing and inspect the credit balance and activity. Available credits can fund new work. Reserved credits are held for work whose outcome is still being determined. On monthly plans, included-credit rollover is capped at twice the monthly allowance. On yearly plans, twelve monthly allowances are granted up front and the included-credit cap is fourteen times the monthly allowance. Renewal removes the oldest unused included credits above the applicable cap. Legacy subscriptions can have a different credit model and denomination. Read your workspace’s display rather than assuming its balance follows these new-plan prices.

Check a job

  1. Review the displayed requirement and available balance before starting.
  2. Start the intended work once and keep its job or request reference.
  3. Inspect the final outcome and the activity entry. Completed work is charged; confirmed failed work releases unused reservations according to that outcome.
  4. If the provider outcome is unknown, check the existing attempt and recovery status before retrying as new work.
A reserved amount during reconciliation is not proof that a failed job was permanently charged. Repeating an interrupted action can also create confusion about which attempt you are inspecting.

Refunds and cancellation

A refund can reverse corresponding credits. If those credits are already spent or reserved, a credit adjustment can reduce what is available for new work; future credits can first settle that adjustment. Purchased credits having no fixed expiry does not mean they are usable without an eligible active subscription or trial. Cancellation keeps wallet records but paid work can be blocked.
