What is the difference between a workspace and a client workspace?

Your workspace holds the subscription, shared credits, and team. A client workspace groups a client’s connected ad accounts and websites. It does not create another subscription or give a teammate new access. See the structure.

Who can invite a teammate or manage billing?

The workspace owner. A Media Buyer can manage permitted ad work; a Client Viewer reads assigned performance and reports. Choose the person’s role and accounts together when inviting them. Billing actions remain owner-only.

Why is there no room for another invitation?

For current credit plans, team capacity includes the owner and pending invitations. Legacy plans use their displayed limits. Check the existing team list and your current plan limits. Remove an unneeded invitation or member only when their access should end; otherwise choose a plan with the required capacity.

Why has my teammate not received the invitation?

In Settings → Team, find their pending row. Use Resend invite email; for an expired invitation, share the fresh link instead of the old one. If the app says it created the invitation but email did not send, use Copy invite link and share it privately. Acceptance changes the row from Pending to Active. Invitation steps.

Why can a teammate see ads but not a website?

Website access is separate from ad-account access. Ask the owner to check the website permission as well as the teammate’s assigned ad accounts. Mapping both items to a client does not grant access. Website access.

Why is New client disabled?

The default client counts toward capacity. You can use Edit on that client to assign its accounts and websites. If you need another client, check the plan and displayed capacity; legacy or inactive plans can lack client-workspace access. Create or edit a client.

Does a client credit ceiling add credits?

No. Client credit and event ceilings limit use of the owner’s shared allowance. Leaving the field blank uses the shared wallet or owner event limit. Set client usage ceilings.
