Share a report that identifies the account and period and explains the results honestly. Check the report itself before sending its link to a client.
  1. Open Home for the intended account and select the reporting period.
  2. Review the results and reporting limitations, then choose Share snapshot.
  3. In Client report, check the account, dates, included campaign count, and available snapshot context.
  4. Add a Client summary when useful. Explain the observations, work performed, and remaining questions; avoid unsupported causal claims.
  5. Choose Create report link, or Share without summary if you deliberately leave the summary empty.
  6. On Your report is ready, choose Open report. Inspect the resulting page and copy the link only after it is correct.
A shared report is a snapshot of the report you created. It should not be assumed to show a newly refreshed live period every time someone opens it. Anyone with the report link can view it without signing in to AutoAdy. Send it only to intended recipients.

Configure recurring reports

Open Settings → Reporting for the selected account. Configure the available weekly or monthly schedule, recipients, send day and hour, and Attach PDF copy option. Save and verify the enabled state and last-run status. A skipped run can be expected when the period has no spend; the product avoids sending an empty client report. A run blocked by plan access or a delivery failure needs its displayed recovery. Check delivery state as well as report generation. For broader recurring work, use Scheduled tasks.

Use report branding

Where your plan supports it, configure workspace identity in Settings → Branding and account report options in Reporting. A branded report URL needs a generated report token; a custom slug alone does not produce a report. Check the selected account and period before making a new snapshot. If no active report exists, create one from Home first. If a scheduled report failed, inspect the last result and recipient configuration before retrying.
