Client workspaces group a client’s accounts and websites so work can use a clear scope. Selecting a client does not grant a teammate access to an account or site.

Create a client mapping

  1. As a workspace owner with available capacity, open Settings → Client workspaces.
  2. Choose New client and enter a clear client name.
  3. Under Eligible accounts, select the connected Meta or Google Ads accounts that belong to the client. Check provider account IDs rather than relying only on familiar names.
  4. Under Eligible websites, select the corresponding sites.
  5. Save and inspect the client’s listed accounts and websites. Use the appropriate client selection in supported work to check that the scope is correct.
An account already mapped to another client can be unavailable for selection and show that client’s name. Review the existing mapping before reorganizing it. Connect an account or add a website first if the eligible list is empty.

Set usage ceilings

Where the product offers them, review the client’s credit ceiling and monthly website event ceiling. Check the owner’s overall allowance alongside the client control. A client ceiling does not create an independent credit wallet or add events beyond the owner’s plan. Use Save ceiling or Save event ceiling after reviewing the intended amount. Reload the control to confirm the saved state, then inspect usage after a small relevant job or event.

Manage access separately

Use Team for ad-account grants and the website’s access panel for website grants. A client mapping is a way to organize work; it should not be treated as proof that the selected user can read or manage everything in it.

If mapping is blocked

Check ownership, capacity, provider connection, existing mappings, and the displayed error. If a budget or event quota is unavailable, do not assume a ceiling was saved. The default client has different archive restrictions shown in the product. Next: Create a client report or schedule recurring client work.
