Open Settings → Refer and earn to get your referral link and review recorded commissions. Opening the panel enrolls an eligible user automatically. Client viewers cannot access it.
  1. Check the status beside your referral code. The code must be active to attribute a referral.
  2. Use Copy your referral link and share the copied link with the prospective customer.
  3. Return to the panel to inspect Signed up, Subscribed, and the Commission ledger after their checkout and paid billing events.
An active link stores a referral cookie for up to 90 days. Its code is captured when checkout is created and attributed after checkout completes. There is no separate click counter or standalone sign-up tracking here, despite the Signed up label. The first attributed partner stays fixed. Self-referrals and referrals within the same workspace do not qualify.

Understand recorded commissions

The default rate is 30%, with possible partner-specific terms. Eligible positive paid invoices in live billing accrue commission; test invoices and setup-fee-only invoices do not. Refunds reverse commission proportionally. Check the rate shown for your partner account and the applicable partner terms. Balances stay separate by currency, with Accrued, Paid out, and any reversed amount. The panel calculates these displayed totals from its latest 200 commission records and shows up to 50 recent ledger rows. For a longer history or a reconciliation, contact support rather than treating the panel as a complete all-time statement.

Request a payout

Payouts are manual. Contact support when the payable balance for a currency reaches 10,000 minor units, such as USD 100.00 or EUR 100.00. Each currency has its own threshold and is not converted into another currency. Include your referral code and currency when asking about a payout or missing commission. Do not send payment secrets. If a referral is absent, check the link/code status, checkout timing, qualifying invoice, and exclusions before assuming a tracking failure.
