When TikTok Ads connection is available in your workspace, an owner or media buyer can connect it and select an advertiser. The owner can disconnect it. The connection and chosen advertiser belong to the workspace; they are separate from your selected Meta account.

Connect the advertiser

  1. Open Settings → Connections → TikTok Ads.
  2. Choose Connect TikTok Ads, sign in with the intended TikTok identity, and authorize at least one advertiser you can access.
  3. On return, select the intended name and ID in TikTok Ads advertiser. Wait for the selection to save.
  4. Choose Open the TikTok Ads report. Check the advertiser name, ID, currency, timezone, and displayed reporting period.
  5. Use Refresh, then inspect Campaigns, Ad groups, or Ads. Use the campaign filter when offered.
A successful current report confirms a readable advertiser, rather than merely a completed sign-in. The report is read-only and shows its collected period and coverage; it does not enable publishing or budget changes. Viewers use the workspace’s selected advertiser.

Recover access or missing data

Zero activity in the displayed period is different from a reporting error. If currency is unavailable, do not interpret plain numbers using your Meta account’s currency. Keep the advertiser ID and displayed error code for support.

Disconnect

The owner can choose Disconnect in the TikTok connection panel. This removes AutoAdy’s workspace connection, not the TikTok advertiser or campaigns. Reconnect and select the advertiser again to restore reads. You can also revoke AutoAdy’s authorization in TikTok’s own account controls. Next: connect another platform or read account performance.
